Boot camp exercises usually involve ballistic, rapid movements & calisthenics that can be very challenging to those who are already in shape or want to get in shape. The natural environment will be utilized as your training ground and a military style program will push your every limit.

THERE'S NO SUBSTITUTE FOR HARD WORK!
Mountain biking gives you a whole body workout. You’ll be using your arms, shoulders and core muscles as well as your legs, so the more you ride the more toned and stronger those muscles will get.
Whether you are new to mountain biking or an experienced rider, focusing on your fundamental skills will take your riding to the next level - safely and with confidence. You'll practice essential riding techniques, including body and bike position, shifting, braking, climbing, descending, and navigating obstacles on the trail.
