Success Health & Fitness – No Refund Policy
At Success Health & Fitness, we are committed to providing high-quality health, fitness, and wellness services tailored to each client’s needs. To ensure fairness and consistency for all clients, we maintain the following No Refund Policy:

All Sales Are Final
Payments made for personal training sessions, fitness packages, memberships, programs, classes, or digital products are non-refundable. -
Session & Package Expiry

Purchased sessions or packages must be used within a 12 month period.

Purchased sessions or packages are not transferable.

Unused sessions will not be refunded, exchanged, or credited beyond the expiry date.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Clients must provide at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule a session.

Missed sessions or late cancellations will be considered forfeited without refund.

Special Circumstances
In rare cases such as medical emergencies (with supporting documentation), management may, at its sole discretion, provide account credit or extend package validity. -
Events & Promotions
Fees for workshops, challenges, or promotional programs are non-refundable and non-transferable.
