Resting Metabolic Rate Test

Resting metabolic testing focuses on how your body utilizes energy, both when you’re resting and during physical exertion. The goal is to assess how efficiently your body burns calories and processes nutrients like carbs, fats, and proteins. This is especially useful for weight management, optimizing metabolism, and enhancing overall energy levels for daily activities and athletic performance.  This is a 15 minute test that can be done in your home while you are relaxed in a comfortable state.
