MILLITARY STYLE FITNESS

The goal of a fitness Boot Camp is to provide a whole-body workout that builds strength and aerobic endurance. Boot Camp workouts are generally is done at a higher intensity than moderate aerobic activity,

Fitness Boot Camps often appeal to people looking for a more intense disciplinary style workout. Boot Camp exercises usually involve ballistic, rapid movements & calisthenics that can be very challenging to those who are already in shape or want to get in shape. The natural environment will be utilized as your training ground and a military style program will push your every limit.

The session begins 6:30pm sharp, so be there at 6:15pm to recieve your instructions for the session. Please be on-time so you do not interupt the flow of the session.
