12 Week Weight Loss Program One-on-One Coaching Includes: Fitness Consultation (goal setting, motivation, time management) Customized 12 Week Plan Consultation - 1 hr Resting Metabolic Rate Test + Report 12 Week Scheduled Training Program 18 hrs of 1-one-1 instruction 4 Week Meal Plan Psychological Intervention Text Motivational Support 5 days/wk for 2 weeks, dropping to 4 days on the 3rd week repeated over the course of 12 weeks, this workout structure helps target weight loss on all fronts, through both daily calorie burn and increasing your metabolism over time ​Please book a date and time for your consultation. You will be called to verify your booking. After booking verification, you can e-transfer full payment to successhealthandfitness@protonmail.com. A receipt will be provided. Your weight loss program will be developed and delivered to you with-in 5 days, after the completion of your consultation, via the email address you provided.
